HHS needs software that accesses patients records while maintaining privacy, as part of the agency response to COVID-19

As part of its response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Health and Human Services is looking for technology that accesses patient records while maintaining privacy, the agency announced. 

HHS wants an end-to-end Privacy Preserving Record Linkage Software-as-a-Service Solution that permits de-identified linkage of individual patient records across jurisdictions, federal agencies and other entities.  

The technology will support different COVID 19 responses including vaccination, lab testing and case surveillance.
