Coast Guard seeks human resources content management system

The US Coast Guard is searching for an enterprise content management solution for human resources, USCG officials announced this week.

The system must include records and information management, business process management, document output management and email lifecycle management software technology and applications, all things also known as document management, imaging, content management, and workflow.

Software maintenance and support for 1,000 licenses will also be required. Product support ensures the Coast Guard has access to software support engineers and ongoing software updates and security patches.
