National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is seeking a new, Web-accessible case management system
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is seeking industry feedback about web-accessible Case Management Systems, the agency announced.
The system must be capable of managing all phases of Office of Inspector General investigations from initial allegation/complaint to final disposition, according to the announcement.
The system must be:
- A web accessible application available to NGA OIG office groups at various sites;
- Able to meet the processing requirements of NGA OIG and compliance with the secure system requirements of the NGA OIG network; and
- Capable of being hosted on a FEDRAMP-certified cloud-based platform.
- Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) software that offers the ability to tailor workflows to better fit NGA OIG’s internal processes.
- Pre-configured processes for hotline/case intake, decision to investigate and case assignment, investigative process, case closure, and periodic reporting.
- Web-based interface with IG complaint hotline enabling direct input of complaints by individuals into the application.
- Automated processes including sending notifications, creating letters from templates, creating and/or modifying work assignments, and requesting and granting approvals for certain workflow actions.
- Ability to export reports and data in formats that are easily readable and facilitate analytics (e.g., .csv, .xlsx, json).
- Auto-population of entered data into the relevant investigative files, such as: investigative plans, reports of preliminary investigation, reports of investigation, and coordination memoranda.
- jAbility to track work hours charged to a specific case or project.
- Ability to upload, store, and maintain evidence associated with a case (e.g, .mp4s, interviews, transcriptions, images, etc.)
- Ability to create, save, and share templates.
- Collaborative document editing with auditable version control.
