US Army seeks tech to merge Excel spreadsheets

The US Army is seeking a software solution that merges two excel-based spreadsheets into a single excel format, according to a sources sought announcement. 

Specifically, the contractor will develop a software solution that takes the original Unit Manning Document and incorporated modifications based on the data entered into another excel-based spreadsheet.  

The finished excel product will be a tailored Unit Manning Document that contains the modified fields/columns based on the modifications; as well as, any originals rows that weren’t identified as being modified.  

The final products will have identical data fields (row/columns) as the original Unit Manning Document.
