Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a cloud-based learning system, with more functionality than existing system

Argonne National Laboratory is pursuing a new cloud-based learning management for the learning and development demands of the entire organization, Argonne officials announced. 

This demand includes training modules based on job type and responsibilities along with a variety of learning resources focused on professional development opportunities, goals, and needs. 

The cloud-based solution should deliver a means for training completion, search capabilities, tracking completion rates, and recommending training modules based on skills and interests, according to the announcement.

Argonne National Laboratory’s  existing learning management system has limitations in abilities to expand the use of the software from just compliance and safety focused training. The organization is seeking a more modern, technologically capable, and efficient learning management solution to centralize tracking and completion of training, content management, registration, communications, and reporting.
