Transportation Command seeking contractor for call resolution center
The United States Transportation Command is seeking a contractor to support the Systems Response Center, an inbound and outbound call resolution center servicing multiple transportation, finance, scheduling, personal property, and related applications, the organization announced.
The Response Center supports all applications residing in the Common Computing Environment.
This requirement includes gathering customer profile information including names, phone numbers, email, customer organization history, activities, requirements, past problems, and associated documentation for use in SDDC’s customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to provide Customer Service Representatives (CSR) an effective customer identity management approach, according to the posting.
SDDC requires the use of an integrated call management solution, with automated call distribution, that directs customers to the appropriate CSR based on customer’s responses.
The contractor needs to be located within a 15 miles radius of Scott AFB IL. Support be 24 hours/7 days a week/365 days a year.
